Course details: Each person will complete a 3 mile course including running(walking and crawling allowed), sandboarding and fatbiking in pure sand. For those running as a team, once each team member crosses the finish line, the next team member will take off and do the same course. Keep in mind, running and biking in sand requires 2-3 times the effort of any hard surface, so 3 miles in sand could feel more like 6-9 miles depending on conditions.

Bikes and boards will be provided. We will time each runner and each teams combined time.

Teams:  Each team will consist of 4 people.

Fee: Entry fee includes: a “Dune-a-tic”  T-shirt & bandana, breakfast,  lunch and s’more party (plus other fun items from sponsors).

Check-in:  Check-in will be from 6-8 p.m. at the Iron Horse Restaurant & Saloon in Kanab (78 E. Center St.). Each individual and at least one team member per team must show up to get their registration pack and start time and briefing on the course. Spectators: Family and Friends are welcome to come support the racers. There is an observation deck at the state park where there will be games, food, music and vendors. Lunch available for $5/person (includes burger/hotdog, chips & drink).
