Snowmobiling

This region offers excellent areas for snowmobiling during the winter months. These areas include Cedar Mountain / Duck Creek Village, and throughout the Dixie National Forest and the Kaibab National Forest. You can rent snowmobiles at some of these same places, or bring your own.

Duck Creek:  Miles of trails are groomed in the Duck Creek area with elevations ranging from 8,000 to over 10,000 feet. Rides go through forested regions and, in years when snow is deepest, the trails even cross vast fields of volcanic lava. The Cedar Mountain complex is vast and there are many wide-open places to ride and explore.

Lodging, dining, snowmobile services, snowmobile rentals, snowmobile repairs are provided in the Duck Creek area.
