Come to Kanab for the most Charming, Small-town 4th of July Celebration!
Celebrate the Nation's Independence Day small-town style in the charming town of Kanab, Utah!
The day starts off with the cannon blast at 6am and the fun continues until midnight!
6 a.m. Blastoff! (Listen for the Cannons)
7a.m. Color Run/Walk: Registration at 6:30 a.m at Church on Center Street and Main Street. $5/person or $20/family. (wear white t-shirt)
7-9a.m. Hot Breakfast at State Bank (98 West Center Street)
10 a.m. Parade on Center Street. Free Entry! Line up at Visitor Center (78 South 100 East). Call (435) 689-1867 for more info.
Events at Jacob Hamblin Park (500 North 100 East):
11 a.m. - 6 p.m. Park Fair with food, games and crafts booths. Booths available for $30 w/o Power or $40 with power. For a booth, call (435) 644-9732
12 p.m. Indian Taco lunch- $6. $3 for scone only and $1/drink
5-8 p.m. Entertainment
6 p.m. Pulled-pork dinner $8/person or $40/family (up to 6).
8-9:30 p.m. Live band, "buckit" will perform. buckit is the 2016 Battle of the Bands winner!
9:30 p.m. Fireworks Show
10:15 p.m. Dance in the park following Fireworks show.
